Grade Changes »
Student Support Services guides students through the grade change process when ALL classes were failed for a semester and when the student can provide sufficient documentation of a hardship situation (see Hardship Withdrawals) and when the request is made within one year of the semester in which the grade was earned. This office does not assist with individual class grade change requests (see *Grade Change to ‘WP’
or a Higher Grade for
Individual Classes ).
